CFOIC Heartland is a Christian organization dedicated to supporting the Jewish pioneers of Judea and Samaria, otherwise known as the settlement movement. The job entails developing new contacts and leads among Christian groups, individuals, and organizations to create fund-raising and speaking opportunities for the organization. Looking for someone passionate about Israel, a self-starter with a strong level of personal initiative and online research skills.

Job Title: US Development Coordinator

CFOIC Heartland is seeking a self-motivated and well-organized professional to join the US office as the Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator will report to the Director of Development and gain valuable fundraising experience from our small, collegial development team.

The primary role of the Development Coordinator is to research and find new leads, particularly churches and ministry leaders, and interest them in our work. They will also assist with various donor communications, database projects, fundraising support administration and special projects as needed.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a professional and rapidly growing nonprofit organization, operating within the Christian-Zionist community. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow with the position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing new leads and broadening the donor base and overall network
  • Researching events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
  • Seeking cooperation and synergy opportunities
  • Connecting with leaders and opinion-makers to create valuable opportunities for CFOIC Heartland
  • Utilizing social media tools to expand the network, with emphasis on a target audience in the 30-50 age range

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, and solid communication skills. The ability to take initiative, coordinate with others, and follow-through is a must. Excellent organizational ability demonstrated in meeting deadlines, setting priorities, maintaining accuracy in detail, and working in a cooperative but self-directed manner is also critical.

This is a full-time position, in a dynamic and pro-Israel environment.  The work is remote with occasional physical meetings in our Colorado office.  Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
