General Information

AIR TRANSPORTATION ~ This Land Only tour does NOT include travel to/from Israel.  You are responsible for booking your flight to arrive in Tel Aviv before 5 pm Sunday, January 28, 2023.  Departing flight should be scheduled to depart Tel Aviv after 11 PM Sunday February 4, 2023.  Please contact us if you would like assistance in booking your roundtrip air travel to Tel Aviv, Israel. We will be coordinating ground transportation to/from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv for tour participants arriving and departing in proximity to above dates and times.  Depending on time of arrival or departure, you may incur extra wait times at the airport and/or additional hotel nights.  Additional hotel nights immediately before or after the tour can be arranged at a discounted rate if booked in advance.

ACCOMMODATIONS ~ All hotels booked for this tour are rated as 3 star hotels in Israel.  They are double rooms with private bathroom facilities.  You will receive a detailed list of all the accommodations on your tour, including addresses and telephone numbers, with your travel documents.  Single occupancy rooms can be arranged at an additional cost of US $600. 

MEALS ~ Included with this tour are buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel daily.  Beverages are not included except water, tea, or coffee with breakfast and dinner.  Lunch is not included in the tour and usually costs $15 – $20 USD / $20 – $25 AUD per day.  There will be lunch stops every day at locations where you can purchase food.

TRANSFERS ~ Transportation to/from the airport, hotels and daily touring is provided by modern, air-conditioned touring coaches.

The land package price includes (subject to availability)

7 nights hotel accommodations, 7 hotel breakfasts, 3 dinners, 3 lunches, volunteer activities and solidarity visits, visits to communities in Judea, Samaria and the Gaza border areas, historic/Biblical site visits, tips for drivers, guides and waiters at included meals and group bus transportation in Israel

Not included in the land package price

Airfare, meals on your own, personal charges at hotels and restaurants, private airport transfers, medical and travel insurance

Accommodations will be at the Prima Royale Hotel in Jerusalem with check in on Sunday January 28 from 3:00 PM and check out on Sunday morning February 4, 2024 by 11:00 AM

Arrival in/Departure from Israel: Flights are being arranged by each traveler. Keshet assumes no responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations. There will be one group bus pick up from Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday January 28 timed to the arrival of most of the group. There will be one group bus drop off at Ben Gurion Airport at the conclusion of the trip on Sunday February 4 timed to the departure of most of the group. Should your flights arrive or depart at times/dates different from the group you will be responsible for the cost of your own airport transportation. The Keshet staff will be happy to assist trip participants with any additional transportation, accommodations or touring services that might be needed prior to or after the trip

Registration & Payment Schedule

Step 1 – Registration The initial registration is without payment and is a statement of your intention to participate in the trip so that we know how many people are interested. Please complete the on-line registration form by December 28, 2023. Step 2 – Trip Payment

Once at least 10 people have registered, Keshet will send invoices with payment instructions for payment online with Visa or Mastercard. Payment in full must be received by January 4, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS ~ For cancellation or non-participation for any reason including health and security related reasons.

Cancellation Period Refund

January 4 – 10, 2024 Full refund less 15% of funds paid per person

January 11 – 18, 2024 Full refund less 35% of funds paid per person

From January 19, 2024 Full refund less 60% of funds paid per person

Keshet strongly urges you to purchase cancellation insurance and supplemental medical coverage (which covers pre-existing conditions). Please be sure that the policy which you purchase includes coverage for trip interruption or cancellation as well as withdrawal on your part due to health issues, pandemic, security and war related reasons. We recommend the “Cancel For Any Reason” policies which offer the broadest coverage. Most insurance policies require purchase within 10 days of your date of first payment for the trip. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failure to secure adequate insurance coverage.
