PROTECTING FAMILIES AND SAVING LIVES
Last year, three terrorists armed with an M16 and Molotov cocktails, breached a hole in the perimeter fence of the Hebron Hills community of Adora. They quickly crawled through, but thankfully, surveillance cameras provided by CFOIC Heartland donors spotted them immediately. Adora security personnel responded and prevented a terrorist attack from happening.
Since October 7, 2023, actual terrorist attacks as well as attempted attacks and security breaches have grown exponentially, creating a desperate need for additional surveillance equipment. So many communities in the Biblical Heartland are vulnerable to infiltration. In the northern Jordan Valley, Arabs from the nearby village of Tammun regularly approach the perimeter fence of Roi, testing the security preparedness of the community. Thank God, Roi is growing, and the increased number of homes has mandated the expansion of its perimeter fence. There is an urgent need for additional surveillance cameras to cover the newer parts of the fence.
Located in southwestern Samaria, Matityahu, has seen Arab workers attempt to infiltrate from an adjacent industrial zone and needs your help to install surveillance cameras on their fence.
Kedem Arava is located in a remote region of the Jordan Valley which itself is a fairly remote region. They are situated right near the Jordan River, at a spot where drug and arms smuggling from Jordan is rampant. And they have no surveillance cameras! They are desperate to provide at least minimal protection to their people.

Avigayil, an isolated community in the Hebron Hills, just east of the Arab city of Yatta, also needs your help to add analytics to its surveillance system. Zufim, located just east of the Arab city of Kalkilya, needs another camera at a critical blind spot on its perimeter.
