How are people coping in Israel?

One of the key divisions between Christians and Jews is rooted in a Christian misunderstanding of Rabbinic Judaism. Christians have long been taught that Jews are “legalistic,” that they care little for spiritualism or the Bible and only study the Talmud. Through the centuries, this has led to enormous tension and has even been a source for anti-Semitism as Christian leaders burned the Talmud and vilified Jews as studying dark texts. In this episode of Facing the Divide, you will enjoy a glimpse at what the Talmud and Rabbinic Judaism is all about. And you may be surprised at how Biblical and God-oriented it really is.
