Faith and Friendship

In these heartfelt videos, Kim, Shmuel and Sondra reflect on CFOIC’s work throughout 2024. They share personal stories, deep gratitude, and the incredible ways your partnership has strengthened Israel’s communities during a challenging year. Together, we’ll look back on the blessings of 2024 and celebrate the unwavering bond between our friends and the land of Israel.

Israel recently marked a year of fighting a war on several fronts. Our hearts are with the families of the hundreds of thousands of young men and women who have fought bravely in defense of the Land and People of Israel. With God’s help, their heroic contributions in battle have resulted in amazing victories against our enemies.

Tragically, such bravery all too often ends in heartbreaking sacrifice. Since October 7, 2023, over 800 soldiers have given their lives, courageously falling in battle and leaving behind their now bereaved and broken families. The children of these fallen soldiers endlessly cry out to see their father one last time. All the while, their widows, also overcome with grief and pain, must shoulder the burden of the entire household alone.

Your support today will give these widows and orphans newfound hope and strength to carry on and persevere. With your gift, YOU will provide tremendous comfort to a widow and an orphan in Israel.

Amichai Park in Karnei Shomron honors the memory of fallen soldier Amichai Yisrael Yehoshua Oster, late nephew of CFOIC’s founder and international president, Sondra Oster Baras. YOU can help plant trees and supply picnic tables to beautify Amichai Park. Your donation today will give recognition for the sacrifice of Amichai and many other soldiers who have fallen in battle.

By building this park in memory of Amichai, YOU can give devastated families something to hold on to in remembrance of their beloved son, father, or husband.

At the same time, thousands of other soldiers have been wounded in battle. Countless soldiers have had to return to reserve duty several times. The families of these soldiers are also hurting. For days and weeks on end, their children must go to sleep without getting tucked in by their father, and their wives must care for their children alone. In these homes, the love and support of the father and husband is sorely missed.

By giving a meal or providing supplementary childcare for the families of these soldiers, you will remind them that they have a Christian friend, living on the other side of the world, who cares so much about them!

Join CFOIC Heartland today to bring comfort to the widows and orphans in Judea and Samaria.
