About Leshem

In 2013, the community of Leshem sprouted forth in western Samaria in large part due to the population growth in the adjacent community of Alei Zahav. Leshem, along with Alei Zahav, is situated near the ruins of a Byzantine monastery. Today, the site is a local park adorned by many trees that were planted by CFOIC Heartland donors. Having experienced a transformation over the past two decades, thanks to the significant influx of many religiously devout pioneering families, both Leshem and Alei Zahav have a bright future ahead of them!
