Taking Legal Action Against Francesca Albanese to Defend Our Supporters and Israel

Christian Friends of Israeli Communities (CFOIC), together with the National Jewish Advocacy Center (NJAC) and Christians for Israel USA, have initiated a lawsuit against Francesca Albanese, a former United Nations Special Rapporteur. This decisive legal action responds to a series of false and defamatory statements she has made about our organizations and those who stand with us.

Why We Filed This Lawsuit

Ms. Albanese has publicly accused CFOIC, our partners, and our supporters of promoting “apartheid,” “genocide,” and “crimes against humanity.” These claims are not only untrue but also antisemitic and dangerous. They seek to intimidate Christians and other people of faith who express their biblical commitment to bless Israel.

Defending Truth and Protecting Our Community

Our mission is to strengthen the communities of the Biblical Heartland of Israel—supporting families, encouraging economic development, and bringing hope to a region that needs it. By attacking us, Ms. Albanese is attempting to silence thousands of Christians worldwide who share this mission of blessing and solidarity.

This lawsuit is about more than protecting our own name. It is about safeguarding the right of Christians everywhere to stand with Israel without fear of harassment, sanctions, or legal threats. We will not allow false accusations to undermine a cause that is rooted in truth and faith.

Our Ongoing Commitment

While the legal process moves forward, our work on the ground continues without interruption. We remain dedicated to supporting Israeli communities, building relationships between Christians and Jews, and demonstrating that faith and goodwill can overcome hatred and misinformation.

Stay Informed

We will provide updates as the case progresses and welcome your prayers and encouragement. Together, we can ensure that truth and justice prevail and that those who bless Israel will themselves be blessed.
