Founded in 1989 by a group of pioneering families, Zufim is located on the western slopes of the Samarian mountains, at a strategically vital spot that overlooks Israel’s coastal plain to the west. Established on a barren hilltop, Zufim is now a community of over 700 families. In proximity to the Arab city of Kalkilia, the residents of Zufim must always remain on the lookout for terrorism. Fully devoted to the Land of Israel, the pioneers of Zufim remain steadfast and resilient in their mission to protect and strengthen their presence in the Biblical Heartland.
