About Salit

Founded in 1977, Salit is a thriving, unique agricultural cooperative in Samaria comprising over 350 families. Salit had enjoyed relative safety for many years thanks to nearby military patrols. However, recent nighttime infiltrations by Arabs from hostile neighboring villages have shaken the community’s sense of security. Despite these challenges, Salit continues to grow and prosper, and its youth, whose numbers have surged in recent years, carry the same passion and willpower to make Salit thrive for many years to come!
