Honor the Shemittah (Sabbath) Year!
Join us as we honor Shemittah and beautify the Land of Israel!
But in the seventh year, the land shall have a Sabbath of complete rest, a Sabbath of the Lord; you shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard.
For years, CFOIC donors have planted trees in Judea and Samaria creating oases of green in the barren rocky soil, in fulfillment of prophecy. This Jewish year 5782 (September 7, 2021-September 26, 2022) is the Shemittah year. The farmers will lay down their planting tools and the Land of Israel will have rest as God commanded.
During this Shemittah year, you can support the people of Judea and Samaria by enriching the orchards and wooded areas that you have planed with benches, picnic tables, and shade awnings.
For every $25 donation, you make toward this project you will receive a certificate stating that you have honored the Shemittah year. You will enable the people of Biblical Israel to enjoy the fruit and shade of the trees that you have planted, so symbolic of the quiet possession of the Land of Israel.
All the days of Solomon, Judah, and Israel, from Dan to Beersheba, dwelt in safety, everyone under his own vine and under his own fig tree. 1 Kings 5:5
Today, you can create new picnic tables throughout Judea and Samaria, by donating to help build benches, picnic tables, and shade pergolas near trees planted by YOU!
